Terms and Conditions
1. The client agrees to complete the client questionnaire truthfully, to enable the therapist to check if the treatment chosen is appropriate. If the client has given any false information then the client indemnifies the therapist of any problem that should occur as a result of this failure. The questionnaire must be returned at least 7 days prior to the party.
2. The client agrees to get their doctor’s advice before receiving the treatment if so advised by the therapist.
3. The client agrees to take the advice of the therapist if the treatment chosen is not suitable and will change to a more suitable treatment.
4. The deposit is non-refundable (unless it is deemed by the therapist that no treatment would be suitable) and must be paid at least 7 days prior to the party.
5. The full amount of the cost of the party is payable at the beginning of the party at the latest.
6. Alcohol is not advisable prior to treatments. If the client is considered to be drunk in the opinion of the therapist, then they will not receive their treatment and will not receive any refund.
7. Any inappropriate language or behaviour towards the therapist will result in the client being refused their treatment and they will not be given a refund.
8. Guests should arrive promptly, so that the party can be started and treatments run on time. If guests arrive late, the length of treatments may need to be reduced, or the party will start and any late arriving guests may miss their welcome ritual.
9. The room provided must be of an adequate size to enable a massage couch to be set up and sufficient room for the therapist to move around it (at least 10 ft by 6 ft clear space). The room should be no higher than 1st floor and must be easy to access with heavy equipment.
10.Cancellations at less than one weeks notice will forfeit the deposit. In the event of needing to cancel or re-arrange a date, please give as much notice as possible. For cancellations as a result of the therapist being unable to attend, any monies paid will be refunded or an alternative date arranged, whichever is agreed with the hostess.
